2) Electronic currency exchange

Did you buy, exchange or sell an online currency and get cheated in the process? Place your investigation request here.

We will mediate in the case of problems with exchangers or exchangers with their customers. We cannot promise positive outcomes as this depends on how the company or customer conducts itself in business but we have achieved good results to the satisfaction of both parties involved.

Preemptive investigations

1) Cautious buying

It often happens that a company goes out of business in real life, but due to carelessness (or maybe not?) their websites remain active and can even continue to accept  orders/charge your credit card. If you are not sure whether to buy from particular website then we recommend using our service, especially if you are buying something expensive. The higher the price the more anxious you are about everything going well.  The goal of this service is not just safe buying but also easing anxiety.

2) Cautious investments

If you are considering  investing money in a company but are unsure whether this is safe or not we will also do due diligence as far as this is possible on this or these companies. Hence giving you a bit more security, although we also say that you must never invest more than you can afford to lose as nothing is ever 100% safe. That said, we will do our best to give you information so you know that it's a valid company but we cannot give you a quality guarantee or tell you what will result from the use of it’s services.
