Lack of proper communication between parties can often be a starting point of all problems. Normally mediation is a way for us to balance the objectivity of the whole story because when there is a dispute between two parties most likely it brings out two stories that differ, each one in the interest of party that created it. We will always try negotiation when solving your dispute unless you insist on absolute secrecy.

Clarification

We rely on human resources and reason. Our agents are real people who do their job thoroughly. We don’t provide any offline spying and surveillance services nor do we offer spying software, keyloggers, etc. Why? Because these things can be construed as illegal activity even if your cause is legitimate.

You will find similar websites which offer “investigation tools” or “private detective tools”, but basically they are using  the issue of the need for investigation as an excuse to sell you spyware tools and/or just regular search URLs which are free to use. You pay for those, you lose a lot of time and nerves figuring out how to use them and in the end you find out that that is not the help you were looking for and that you could have found everything on your own without paying quite a large sum.

For the small fee charged by the Mondo Agency you are saved the hours it takes to search through the internet, the hassle of dealing with company owners. You, on your part, are asked to be honest and to cooperate with us. If it turns out  that you are using us for some illegal or unethical purpose be assured  that the tables will be turned  and you will find yourself  “under the magnifying glass”. When you apply for an investigation to be conducted we will require detailed information and if something doesn’t appear to be correct further steps will be taken.
